🛡️ Liability Waiver & Release of Claims

PLEASE READ THIS DOCUMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE SIGNING.
In consideration for participation in The Ballet Bus party experience (hereinafter "the Event"), I, the undersigned parent or legal guardian, agree to the following terms:
1. Assumption of Risk
I understand and acknowledge that participation in dance, ballet, and physical activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to: slips, falls, minor physical contact during dance instruction, and general physical activity. I voluntarily accept and assume all risks associated with participation in the Event, whether or not such risks are described herein.
2. Release and Waiver of Liability
I, on behalf of myself, my child(ren), heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue The Ballet Bus LLC, its owners, officers, employees, instructors, drivers, and agents (collectively 'Released Parties') from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained while participating in the Event.
3. Medical Authorization
In the event of an emergency requiring medical treatment for my child, I hereby authorize The Ballet Bus staff to consent to any necessary emergency medical treatment. I agree to be financially responsible for all medical expenses incurred. I represent that my child has no medical conditions, allergies, or physical limitations that would prevent safe participation unless disclosed in writing prior to the event.
4. Natural Disasters & Acts of God
The Ballet Bus LLC shall not be held liable for cancellations, delays, or modifications caused by natural disasters, severe weather events, floods, tornadoes, hurricanes, earthquakes, pandemics, government mandates, road closures, or any other event beyond our reasonable control ('Force Majeure Events'). In such cases, we will offer a full reschedule or, at our sole discretion, a credit toward a future event. No cash refunds will be issued for Force Majeure Events.
5. Photo & Video Release
I grant The Ballet Bus LLC the right to photograph and/or record video of my child(ren) during the Event for promotional and marketing purposes, including social media, website, and advertising materials. If you do NOT consent, please notify us in writing before the event.
6. Property Damage
I agree to be financially responsible for any damage to the Ballet Bus, its equipment, or property caused intentionally or through gross negligence by my child(ren) or guests during the Event.
7. Indemnification
I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or resulting from the acts or omissions of my child(ren) during the Event.
Electronic Agreement
By checking the agreement box during the booking process, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Liability Waiver and Release in its entirety. This electronic agreement is legally binding.
