How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance, especially for weekend dates. Summer and holiday dates book extremely fast!
Is a deposit required?
Yes, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to hold your date. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event.
What if it rains?
The Ballet Bus is weatherproof — the party happens inside the bus! We do recommend a safe parking spot and ask that parents read our weather policy in the contract.
How many kids can fit on the bus?
Our Grand Jeté Package fits up to 22 children comfortably. For safety, we strictly enforce capacity limits.
Do you travel outside the metro area?
We serve a 30-mile radius. Travel fees apply for distances over 15 miles. Contact us for a custom quote!
Are your instructors background-checked?
Absolutely! All Ballet Bus instructors are certified, background-checked, and trained in child safety.
